How do I communicate with the host?

Before booking:

If you are browsing properties and have questions regarding a home, you are able to communicate with that property host by clicking the 'Contact Host' button on the property detail page.

After booking:

Once your payment is processed, you will receive a host contact card with an email address and telephone number, as well as other logistics detailing your stay. Your host will provide information about check-in and check-out procedures, directions to the property, keys and an emergency contact. You will need to arrange all these details with your host. We strongly recommend doing so in good time prior to your arrival. If you are having trouble connecting, don’t hesitate to contact us on team@kidandcoe.com
