How do I manage the availability calendar?

Hosts will have access to their availability calendar through their account settings. When dates are set your calendar is instantly updated on the site. Hosts are not required to commit to a minimum availability per year, but we do ask that you be proactive in updating your calendar if your dates change or if you list with other websites. Remember, all reservation requests are confirmed by you, so we encourage listing your property as openly as possible if your dates are flexible.  You can of course send through your availability and we will be more than happy to update your listing for you.
